    This is a non evasive holistic therapy that supports the energy around you, realignment of your chakras and aids any physical or mental ailments you may have.

    Comfort is key so please wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. Here are a few ideas:

    Loose-fitting, breathable clothing for unrestricted movement and relaxation 

    Soft socks if shoes are removed, to keep your feet warm and cozy

    Yoga mat or blanket to lie on comfortably

    Small pillow or bolster for head, neck, or knee support

    Eye mask or scarf to block out light and deepen relaxation

    Water bottle to stay hydrated before and after
